Johann Wolf

A familiar face, he stands six feet and three inches. He's quite intelligent, crafty, and cunning. He's knowledgeable in a variety of things and very literate, carrying a hefty pocket dictionary just in case. Johann Wolf is proficient in the use of firearms, knives, clubs, bayonets, axes, hatchets, and just about any weapon one might find in the wastes, including his bare hands. He excels with pistols, knives, and rifles. He's also proficient mechanically, and although he lacks in the scientific realm; he understands a lot of things in the category.

Most of all, he's very stubborn, and will fight like a wild dog when cornered.

He's also very deceitful and manipulative of the situations, and will play people against one another to get his desired result. He is honest when he makes a promise, but follows the letter of the law and his statements, not the spirit.

His outfit is generally a tall pair of lace up leather boots worn under the cuffed legs of a pair of jeans, a broad belt with equipment hanging from it, and a sash worn over a kidney band (A piece of armor that wraps around the stomach. (In this case made out of leather and 1/8" thick steel plates, which would absorb a slash, hack or a stab from most weapons, that are spaced 1" apart from eachother, allowing a skilled user to slip a knife or ice pick, or weapon of his choice in if so desired. However, the garment is mostly slash proof due to the nature of it's construction.) He also wears a pair of steel bracelets on his wrists, and though small, they may provide minor slash protection. Underneath all of that is generally a beat up, thin flannel shirt with a tartan pattern, and a t-shirt under that.

His belt carries the weight of his smaller weapons, which include a medium sized fixed blade knife with a seven inch blade and a five inch handle, used mostly for utility work and fighting in close, especially when wrestling, it is handmade, but has no signs of forging or heavy marking from work, obviously made carefully. It is kept very sharp by a whetstone, which is carried on the outside of the sheath off to the side, in a smaller leather pouch, along with a long leather strip that Johann holds in his teeth and strops his knife with.



In addition to that, he carries two pistol magazines in back pouches, six stripper clips in an old russian pouch and a canteen, and on the front of his belt, he carries a well kept Colt Model 1911 he's had for a long, long time in a leather holster, slightly tilted for his right hand to draw



On his back he carries a small pack with a few essentials, a file or two, a cleaning kit, a larger sharpening stone, small bottle of whiskey.

The backpack's outside has a small wrench and a cup dangling from it.

His sash holds a much larger knife meant for fighting only, it was tucked into his sash and kept there by a large brass clip across the outside of the blood red sash. The blade is thick and rather sharp, but not as sharp as the smaller knife, the edge it has can shave arm hair, while the edge his smaller knife has can shave someone's face comfortably. The handle is five inches long, and the blade is over a foot.



In addition to all this, he carries a sling tucked in his pocket, and a few ready made javelin points in his backpack.
