The Mob was founded not long after the war by David Tommasino, a charismatic Italian man who carved a foothold in the Tenements with fair trade, threats, and a little sly intimidation. His son, Vincent, a half-breed Scot-Italian is much more ruthless, pushing squatters away from Mob territory, even ordering his men to open fire on innocents who get in the way with his war with the Undead. Vincent wants to expand the Tenements on an economical level to one capable of rivaling the Trade District. Vincent's second is an seven-foot-eight tall giant of a man named Sanguino. Sanguino served Vincent's father, David, before his death, and he carries an extensively modified Tommy Gun.
