Physical Appearance: Sullivan is a rather large, generally intimidating-looking man; standing tall and with a strong, heavyweight build. He has dull, gray eyes and a short, scruffy, somewhat wide mohawk along with light stubble. From the sides of his mouth up towards his ears in the shape of a smile are "Glasgow Grin" scars.

Clothing/Gear: Sullivan wears a dark green, zip-up hoodie with dark gray jeans and black hiking boots. He also has black kneepads and a kevlar vest along with a pair of pitch-black aviators sunglasses, which he wears rather often.
